A 7-Session Study on the Prophet Elijah from Best-Selling Author Priscilla Shirer
We are excited to bring to you this 7-Session online bible study “Elijah, Faith and Fire by Priscilla Shirer.” The Prophet Elijah is most famously known for calling down the fire of God on Mount Carmel. Unequivocally crushing the prophets of Baal and Asherah in what was a fiery showdown right before the eyes of the Israelite people.
One can easily say this was Elijah’s spotlight moment, but how did he get there? What did it take for him to get to this triumphal moment? That my friend, is what we will uncover in this study. We will examine Elijah’s journey to Mount Carmel, his boldness, his confidence, his despair, his depression and ultimately his recovery.
Our study sessions will be held on Zoom. Each week you will gain exclusive access to specific video teachings done by Priscilla Shirer herself to prepare you for your week of study. Our Saturday morning online group sessions will give you the opportunity to go deeper in your study with breakout sessions and relevant discussions.
